A clinical research site inside a working clinic
FHS Research LLC runs Phase II–IV trials in Cutler Bay, partnering with pharmaceutical sponsors and CROs — with direct access to a diverse, bilingual patient population in Miami-Dade County.
Why this site
FHS Research LLC operates alongside an active primary care and aesthetics practice rather than as a standalone recruitment operation. That structure has practical consequences for sponsors: patients are known to the site before enrolment, medical histories are documented, and retention benefits from an existing clinical relationship rather than a cold contact.
The site serves South Miami-Dade — Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay, Homestead, Kendall and surrounding communities — an area with substantial Hispanic and Caribbean populations that are consistently underrepresented in clinical research. All study conduct, informed consent and follow-up can be delivered in English or Spanish by the same staff.

Thinking about joining a study?
What does taking part in a clinical trial involve?
It varies by study, but generally you attend scheduled visits at our Cutler Bay office where study staff monitor your health, collect data and provide the study treatment or comparator. Every study has written eligibility criteria, and you go through an informed consent process explaining what is involved, the possible risks and benefits, and what is expected of you — before you decide anything.
Does it cost anything?
Study-related visits, assessments and investigational treatment are typically provided at no cost to participants, and many studies offer compensation for time and travel. The specifics differ by protocol and are explained in full during informed consent.
Can I take part if I do not speak English?
Yes. Consent, study visits and follow-up can all be conducted in Spanish by the same clinical staff, not through a third-party interpreter. Serving a bilingual population properly is one of the reasons this site exists.
Can I withdraw once I have enrolled?
Yes. Participation in a clinical trial is entirely voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time, for any reason, without affecting your regular medical care.
How do I find out what studies are open?
Enrolling studies change over time. Call (305) 457-3154 or email info@floridahealthcaresolutions.net and we will tell you what is currently recruiting and whether your history might fit.
